A Spirited Escape

Tierra Mezcal emerges from the sun-kissed, undulating landscapes of the Tlacolula District, nestled southeast of Oaxaca City. Crafted in a palenque meticulously constructed by Iván Méndez, each batch is an invocation of spirits, seeking personal enlightenment and shared revelry.

Mezcal, the elixir of the gods, the mystical essence, embarks us on a mesmerizing and unpredictable journey originated in a pathless desert, a place of freedom and promise, where the untamed agave wilderness awaits to liberate and reveal its potential.

The wordmark takes cues from the artisanal signage prevalent in Oaxaca. It encapsulates genuine craftsmanship, human warmth, and radiates a compelling expression.

The imagery aims to capture the robust, earthy, and sun-drenched landscape, conveying a serious tone that reflects the origin of Mezcal and its surroundings.
