Brand Designer (m/w/d)

Brand Designer – Full-time
Notabag is looking for a full-time Brand Designer to join our team in Frankfurt. This role is about more than
design execution. It is about shaping how Notabag shows up in the world. You will streamline our visual
direction, strengthen every brand touchpoint and ensure consistency across all platforms, from digital to
physical space.
We are looking for a creative self-starter with a strong design foundation, a sharp eye for detail and a clear
understanding of what it means to build a brand with purpose. You thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial
environment and take ownership of your work.
Your Responsibilities:
– You bring clarity and consistency to the brand
– Apply and evolve design guidelines to ensure
visual consistency
– Develop concepts for digital and print
marketing campaigns
– Lead art direction for photo and video shoots
– Design layouts for emails, online shop and
landing pages
– Create assets for social media and advertising
– Shape the visual direction for POS and
retail marketing
– Develop concepts for trade show presence
– Contribute to the visual concept of our
flagship store
– Act as a brand ambassador in everything
you create
Required Skills:
– 3+ years of professional experience at a creative
agency or design / lifestyle brand
– Fluency in German and English (written and
spoken)
– Strong foundation in composition, typography
and color theory
– Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
– Motion design experience is a plus
– Confident use of AI tools for asset creation,
applied thoughtfully and on-brand
– Extremely organized with strong attention
to detail
– Clear communication skills
– Accountability and self-starter mentality
– Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
