Info
You don’t need to look far to see how great design is changing the world. Organizations that take design seriously lead in the marketplace. Apple and Ikea have made this clear. Daniel Pinks book »A Whole New Mind« brings to light the fact that more and more right brain thinkers are taking leading roles in shaping the world around us.
While there are many designers out there great ones are hard to find. And a consumer brand company that relies on great design as much as it does great product must take finding leading design talent seriously. This is why we decided to create an experience specific to the designer community.
We came together and decided we needed a place for outside designers to learn about what was happening inside. The concept is simple. We allow designers to see firsthand what it’s like to work in one of our design studios. Here the design community can learn about each of our design roles from documentary style videos as well as have elegantly designed tools to quickly find design positions that interest them. They can also learn more about the design process, a bit about the history which has shaped how we design, and for aspiring design graduates, they can check out our Design Academy. Instead of sending designers to a general career site we built this site specifically for them.
Designers are particular people and they deserve a particular site. Adidas Design Studios is for them.
