Novaform is our contemporary answer to 1970s geometric type design systems—when classic typefaces like Kabel or Futura were reimagined in a bold and rigorous way, with interlocking uppercase ligatures and tremendous x-height. These hallmarks of the phototypesetting era were exclusively designed for display use. By contrast, Novaform is much more approachable. It looks more natural and reads well in body text, but still radiates the pioneering, optimistic spirit that inspired it: with circular construction, classical proportions, small counters, and narrow apertures. Across 10 weights, use stylistic sets, hallmark ligatures, and a special Unicase mode to fine-tune its flashiness as you like.
